Frequently Asked Questions

How should I care for my newly installed wood floors?

Congratulations on your new wood floors! To keep them looking their best, we recommend regular cleaning with a damp mop or hardwood floor cleaner. Avoid using harsh chemicals or excessive water, and place protective felt pads under furniture legs to prevent scratches. For specific care instructions, refer to our care and maintenance guide.

What is the typical lifespan of wood flooring?

The lifespan of wood flooring can vary depending on the type of wood, quality of installation, and maintenance practices. With proper care and maintenance, hardwood floors can last for decades, sometimes even a lifetime. Regular cleaning, refinishing when needed, and minimizing exposure to moisture and heavy foot traffic can help extend the longevity of your wood floors.
